Our Hanoi office is an integral part of our global operations, providing essential support across multiple business functions. Our team is responsible for the day-to-day management of our e-commerce business, including: • Product management • Customer service • Inventory management • Image editing and product content management • Sales support for our teams in Denmark and the UK, including preparing quotations and assisting with both existing and prospective customers • Various operational and administrative tasks that ensure the smooth running of our online business As a digital-first organization, approximately 90% of our daily operations are managed through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP), enabling seamless collaboration across our international teams.
