Company Overview The Hansen & Rosenthal Group (“H&R”), founded in 1919 and headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, together with its associated companies, forms a worldwide network of refineries, specialty production plants and sales offices and is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of specialty products such as rubber process oils, white oils, specialty waxes, wax emulsions, and cable compounds. H&R is the global leading producer and marketer of environmental friendly label free oil (such as TDAE) for the tire and rubber industry and is a major supplier of raw materials and intermediates for various other industries such as personal care and pharmaceuticals. In Asia-Pacific H&R has existing production hubs in Thailand, Malaysia and China for the manufacturing, storage, packaging and supply of all products from its wide-range portfolio and has established local sales offices in some major economies, such as India, Indonesia and Vietnam to capture rising market demands.
