DT Development Vietnam LLC (“DTD”) is a joint venture of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. of Osaka and Taisei Corporation of Tokyo. It has developed the very first real estate development project in Ha Noi, Vietnam called Roygent Parks Hanoi (RPH) of 256 units, of which 200 serviced apartments and 56 hotel rooms. Roygent Parks Hanoi is uniquely designed, developed, constructed and managed by Japanese companies aimed to business men and their families and travelers.
