Nam Con Son Pipeline Co. (NCSP) is a regional Gas transportation system of high national importance. NCSP was established by Petro Vietnam and foreign partners to contribute the capital investment in the form of business cooperation contract which includes Petro Vietnam, BP Vietnam and ConocoPhillips Vietnam in 2001. In 2008, Petro Vietnam Gas received successfully the business executive authority of Nam Con Son Pipeline contract. Since then, PV Gas is authorized to represent the operation and established Nam Con Son Pipeline Co. to directly perform the daily operation of the system.
