  • Bachelor degree or undergraduate student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in procurement or inventory management is a plus.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

Goods Receiving:

  • Receive incoming goods and verify them against purchase orders.
  • Inspect items for damage, quantity discrepancies, and quality issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation of received goods.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for storage and organization.

Inventory Management:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages.
  • Track the movement of items in and out of the warehouse.
  • Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation.

Payment Processing:

  • Assist in verifying invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents.
  • Support to prepare payment requests and ensure timely processing.
  • Support to maintain accurate records of payments and transactions.
  • Assist with vendor communication regarding invoices and payments.
