Great question, Thuy san — and honestly, that's the exact gap in my last post. Numbers are just the clearest kind of proof, not the only kind.
A few things that work just as well:
Scope, not just results
"Ran a 500-member club" tells a recruiter the size of what you handled — even with no % attached.
Something that outlived you
"Built the onboarding doc the club still uses today" shows lasting impact without needing a metric.
Being chosen
"Selected as 1 of 5 out of 200 applicants" — that's a number, but it's proof of trust, not proof of a result.
A before/after in words
"Took over a dead social account and made it the most active one in the club" — the comparison does the work, no % required.
The common thread: swap "hardworking" and "passionate" for anything specific enough that someone else could actually picture it. That's the real test — numbers or not.
