Công việc cụ thể là gì?

1. Revenue and Accounts Receivable Management • Issue invoices and recognize revenue for each sales channel (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.). • Monitor accounts receivable from e-commerce platforms, shipping providers, payment service providers, and business partners. • Verify the accuracy of revenue, collections, service fees, commissions, discounts, and other adjustments. • Record accounting entries related to revenue, accounts receivable, and associated costs in compliance with accounting regulations. • Review and record transactions related to product returns, refunds, vouchers, promotions, trade discounts, and shipping subsidies. 2. Payment Reconciliation • Reconcile revenue and cash receipts between: • The ERP system; • Reports from e-commerce platforms. • Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies. • Monitor outstanding settlements and follow up on missing or short payments from e-commerce platforms. 3. Reporting • Prepare reconciliation reports analyzing differences between recorded revenue and revenue reported by e-commerce platforms monthly. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
