Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor´s degree or above in accounting and finance.

• 2+ years as Accountant in Vietnam.

• Familiar with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.

• Proficiency in English preferred.

• Shipping industry experience preferred.

• Proficient in accounting software (FAST accounting)

• Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skill

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

As an accountant, you will:

• Handle daily accounting, reporting, and compliance with Vietnamese standards.

• Record and verify daily financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and revenues)

• Collect ocean freights on behalf of US parent company

• Pay operation charges on behalf of US parent company

• Reconcile bank balances, cash flow, and vendor accounts on a regular basis.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Maintain precise, organized physical and digital accounting files and documentation.

• Handle tax planning, compliance, and local authority relations.

• Declare and file monthly/quarterly tax reports (VAT, Personal Income Tax - PIT, Foreign Contractor Tax – FCT, Corporate Income Tax - CIT) in accordance with local regulations.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in local tax laws and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)
