Công việc cụ thể là gì?

* Check invoices, ensuring reasonable, valid of invoice according to Vietnamese accounting law * Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries and general ledger * Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data * Manage VAT invoice issuance * Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP), including collections and payments as company policies. * Internal/External AR/AP reconciliations * Handle tax reporting and compliance in Vietnam (VAT, FCT, CIT and other applicable taxes (if any)) * Ensure timely submission of tax filings and tax payment in compliance with local regulations * Responsible for Loan Borrowing, reconciliation and manage the payment schedule for Loans as the timeline * Handle the monthly and yearly stocktaking * Support and ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly closing on time * Support internal & external audit processes * Other tasks as required by superiors • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian

Dalat Worsted Spinning Limited Company is a joint venture between Südwolle Group, a German family business, and Lien Phuong Textile & Garment Corporation (LPTEX) and is one of the most modern and sustainable worsted wool spinning mills in the world. Südwolle Group have its sales offices worldwide and production facilities and warehouses in 8 countries, including Vietnam. As a leading producer of dyed and raw white worsted yarns, Südwolle Group aims to connect the supply chain, inspire and create opportunities for sharing new ideas, products, and technologies. We are committed to drive sustainable solutions and transparency in the industry. The company offers all ecological standards including ZDHC, Bluesign®, OEKO-TEX, and traceability certifications such as GOTS, IVN Best, GRS, RWS... The company's total capacity is 25,500 tons/year for long fiber spinning and 6,000 tons/year for airjet spinning. In which, our facility in Vietnam contributes the capacity of 3,000 tons/year. We can produce dyed and raw white worsted yarns in 100% Merino wool and wool blends from Nm 17 to Nm 120, used in a variety of applications such as weaving, circular-, flat knitting, hosiery, and technical yarns. To enhance the delivery time to our global customer base as well as provide raw materials for DWS, we are now building the most modern dyeing textile plant in Du Long IP, Ninh Thuan province with the capacity of 1,500 tons/year. We expect that Ninh Thuan Dyeing textile plant will start production from beginning of 2025.
