Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related fields. - 1–2 years of accounting experience (general accounting, AR/AP or inventory accounting) - Experience with SAP is a strong advantage. Candidates who have used other ERP systems and are willing to learn SAP will also be considered. - Good understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and AP accounting processes. - Basic inventory accounting and reconciliation. - VAT regulations; basic knowledge of CIT and PIT is a plus. - Posting accounting entries in an ERP system (SAP preferred). - Working with inventory-related transactions and reports. - Good English reading and writing skills for daily work communication. - Detail-oriented, well-organized, and accountable. - Eager to learn, proactive, and able to follow guidance and procedures. - Good communication and coordination skills with internal departments. - Able to work under month-end closing deadlines and audit timelines.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- General Accounting (AP Scope) - Under the supervision of the Senior General Accountant, perform daily accounting transactions related to vendor invoices and payments (AP). - Review and verify supporting documents to ensure compliance with company policies and Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations. - Post accounting entries accurately in SAP, ensuring proper account determination and clearing. - Prepare AP reconciliations (vendor balances) and follow up on open or overdue items. - Coordinate with internal departments to resolve financial and accounting problems. - General Ledger Support - Keep accounting documents and records properly filed and easy to retrieve. - Support other assignments as required. - Inventory Accounting & Control (Key Focus) - Record and monitor inventory transactions in SAP: Goods receipt (GR), Goods issue (GI), Inventory adjustments. - Perform monthly inventory reconciliation between SAP inventory reports, warehouse records, and the General Ledger; report differences to the Senior General Accountant. - Participate in periodic inventory counts and stock takes, including those with third parties. - Prepare data and supporting analysis for inventory provisions (slow-moving, obsolete stock) for review. - Work closely with Warehouse and Operations to ensure inventory movements are properly recorded and supported. - Compliance, Audit & Reporting - Maintain accounting records in line with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, and internal control requirements. - Support audit processes by preparing audit schedules, providing explanations and supporting documents, and participating in continuous improvement of accounting processes and SAP usage. • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
