Công việc cụ thể là gì?

• Verify and reconcile raw material, indirect material transactions recorded in the system against purchasing invoices, customs declarations, and actual import/receiving documents to ensure 100% data integrity. • Coordinate and conduct weekly random physical stocktaking for Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Toolings. • Perform comprehensive, systematic periodic stocktaking (monthly/quarterly/yearly) in accordance with company policy. • Record and maintain accounting transactions in the Misa system for Revenue; Cash & Bank and Fixed Asset modules. • Issue daily VAT e-invoices, ensuring strict reconciliation with the Logistics department (for export customs declarations) and the Warehouse department (for system stock-out transactions). • Prepare accurate monthly VAT reports and dossiers in strict compliance with local tax regulations. • Organize, file, and systematically store monthly accounting vouchers, invoices, and financial documents to guarantee audit readiness. • Perform other jobs and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisors based on operational needs. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T7 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
