Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing Accounts Payable operations, including AP monitoring, invoice and payment process control, issue resolution to ensure efficient and accurate AP service delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounts Payable Operations - Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all invoices captured in front-end systems, while adhering to company policies and local tax regulations. - Prepare and process daily payments, ensuring quality service delivery. - Efficiently resolve payment-related inquiries when escalated. 2. Vendor Management - Maintain vendor master data and ensure data accuracy. - Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies. - Perform vendor statement reconciliations and follow up on open items. 3. AP closing & Reporting - Support month-end and year-end closing activities. - Oversee AP and relating reports to concerned team and management under assigned scope, providing insights into payment trends and cash flow status. - Provide reports and analysis on AP performance and outstanding balances. - Prepare ad-hoc AP reports upon request. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
