Yêu cầu công việc

- Female/ University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment, especially an EPE company.

- Strong knowledge and experience in financial controlling, cost analysis, and management reporting.

- Experience with ERP systems and FAST Accounting software.

- Good command of English, both written and verbal.

- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Prepare and monitor production efficiency and KPI reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

- Prepare internal management reports and provide analysis to support management decision-making.

- Control high-value materials and perform costing analysis to monitor and optimize production costs.

- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
