Admin Technical Specialist (Facility & Maintenance)

- Manage, inspect, and ensure the safe, stable, and continuous 24/7 operation of all factory utility systems (power distribution, transformer substations, generators, fire protection (PCCC), HVAC/Chiller, compressed air, water supply/wastewater treatment systems, etc.). - Monitor daily technical parameters; promptly identify and troubleshoot arising incidents. - Collaborate with cross-functional departments to execute internal factory projects (layout changes, equipment installations, etc.). - Directly supervise external contractors during the installation, repair, renovation, or new construction of infrastructure and utility systems within the plant. - Inspect, audit, and accept project quantity and quality; ensure contractor compliance with timelines, design drawings, and company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. - Develop short-term and long-term preventive maintenance (PM) plans for all plant machinery, equipment, and utility systems. - Draft and update technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and detailed maintenance guidelines for each system. - Train and guide technicians and operators to strictly follow maintenance procedures and safety protocols. - Establish departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous performance tracking (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, etc.). - Monitor, evaluate, and establish optimal min-max inventory levels for spare parts and replacement materials. - Propose procurement requests, inspect incoming material quality, and manage spare parts storage to guarantee readiness for emergency repairs and replacements. - Actively research and propose innovative technical solutions to optimize energy costs, reduce operational expenses, and enhance utility system efficiency. • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
