- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. - Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome. About 1 year of relevant experience in Air Logistics Operations (Import/Export) would be an advantage. - Basic knowledge of international freight forwarding, logistics, and import/export processes. - Having customer service orientation with good communication and time management skills. - Careful, responsible, detail-oriented. - Able to work under high pressure and heavy workload. - Intermediate level of English, both verbal and written.

- As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. - The Operational Care Specialist coordinates and monitors shipments to ensure timely, accurate delivery and customer satisfaction. - The role involves managing bookings, documentation, and carrier arrangements while ensuring compliance with industry and KN standards. - Manage and perform all operational activities reliably, accurately and on-time, minimizing overdue tasks, and according to defined customer deliverables. - Follow the communication concept for effective communication with stakeholders. - Monitor shipments, follow up on all deviations, accurate and timely updates for visibility in KN systems, including financial data, such as costs. - Review and clarify CCL instructions if there are conflicts or deviations with regulatory requirements, routing, TT, rate information, or other discrepancies. - Immediately report problems, operational disputes or discrepancies to supervisors or managers. - Collaborate with all partners/suppliers, gateway, warehouse, customs teams, the RCC, and external parties as needed. - Monitor operational performance of carriers and other partners and escalate/create awareness if performance and commitments are not being delivered. - Collaborate with the Optimization Team for most effective process execution and systems setup/automation, maximizing systems utilization and avoiding manual processes is critical. - Maximize profitability through cost optimization. - Be part of process improvement identification, and implementing changes. - Work with Sales and Customer Care teams on account implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations. - Working hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM the following day, Monday to Friday. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 22:00 - 06:00 • Cấp bậc: Nhân viên (associate) • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
