- Background in Air Logistics Operations, Finance & Accounting experience is a plus. - Around 2 years of relevant experience. - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PivotTables, with the ability to work effectively with systems. - Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail. - Committed, hardworking, and able to handle a high workload, especially during month-end periods. - Intermediate level of English.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Manage/Oversee related Revenue Care Center (RCC) tasks through Business Process Automation (BPA) - Handle daily Forwarding Sub-Ledger (FSL) activities including month end closing - Drive for automation improvements such as Semi-invoice automation, Quote Utilization and FSL auto file closing - Ensure efficient and close communication with Global Service Center, Revenue Care, Customer Care and Operational Care - Work with Sales and Customer Care teams on credit limit adjustments - Understand and review the file before opening a tag or an ad-hoc - Coordinates with Operational Care for cost topics around haulers, carriers and third parties - Coordinates with Customer Care for revenue topics related to charges towards the customer - Lead CASS challenge resolution and work on improvement processes • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Thời vụ
