1. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY A. Technical support: 1. Receipt of bid/ask requests and technical requirements from customers. Read and analyze relevant technical documents of projects and request clarifications and additions from customers if necessary. 2. Main responsibility for the supplier's products in terms of selecting the right product type, specifications, detailed drawings, scope of supply, and evaluating the product's response to requirements, differences and issues to be clarified, if any. 3. Work directly with the Company on its technical and commercial proposals at the request of customers and make comments and notes for the Sales and Sales Support department. 4. Check the proposed specifications, drawings, scope of supply from the Company and analyze the points that need adjustment and clarification. 5. In charge of technical advice when participating in the process of quotation, bidding documents, contract negotiation and drafting. 6. Responsible for the preparation of technical proposals and technical clarifications with the Company, customers and other suppliers. 7. Search and work with other Firms and suppliers for supplies, equipment and services that need to be purchased outside when required. B. Commercial support 8. Participate in price reviews of proposed equipment and options to ensure pricing is in line with the proposed range. 9. Evaluation of prices and content of commercial terms in quotation documents of suppliers (if any). C. Support for contract performance 10. Participate in project management and coordinate information between the airline, customers and other departments during contract performance. 11. Track the production and delivery progress of the Company and suppliers and provide timely technical support. 12. To be responsible for checking and gathering technical documents as prescribed in the contract. 13. Analyze technical documents of the Company, suppliers and exchange and clarify with the parties when necessary. 14. Search, propose to choose suppliers of materials and equipment to buy outside prestige, quality with reasonable prices. 15. Coordinate with logistics department (Logistics) to check products before shipping to customers, delivery and other problems arising during delivery. 16. Support customers to supervise the process of installation, testing, inspection and repair of products provided by the company. D. Other quests 17. Attend conferences, seminars, events and presentations from the Company, suppliers. 18. Report at the request of direct manager. 19. Ready to work at home & abroad when required. 20.
