The Application Engineer serves as the key link between technical engineering and customer needs, delivering application support and customized solutions across diverse industrial sectors. Working closely with customers and sales teams, the role provides technical consultation, product recommendations, training, and troubleshooting support to ensure successful solution deployment and project execution.

Description

As an Application Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

* Provide technical consultation and application support.

* Recommend suitable products and engineering solutions based on customer requirements.

* Support sales teams with technical expertise during customer discussions and project development.

* Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and application documentation using AutoCAD.

* Conduct product training for customers and internal sales teams.

* Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

* Review technical requirements and ensure solution feasibility before quotation submission.

* Visit customer sites to understand applications and identify business opportunities.

Profile

A successful Application Engineer should have:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

* Solid knowledge of geared motors, gearboxes, and industrial machinery.

* Experience in application engineering, technical support, or industrial equipment.

* Ability to read and prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD.

* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Good communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.

* Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.

* Good English proficiency and willingness to visit customer sites.
