- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. - At least 3 years of experience in Applications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Semiconductor Test Engineering, or a similar technical role. - Hands-on experience in semiconductor test and validation, ideally within RF, mixed-signal, power management, sensor, or wafer test applications. - Strong programming skills in C/C++, C#, Java, Python, or similar languages for test automation and software development. - Experience working with automated test equipment (ATE) and electronic test instrumentation. - Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver practical engineering solutions. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams. - A proactive mindset with the ability to manage projects, balance priorities, and drive successful project delivery. - Experience with NI PXI/PXIe, LabVIEW, or TestStand would be advantageous.
