- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting. - Minimum 2 years of experience.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

• Verify customer Sales Order (SO) information for HCM including checking prices, promotional scheme and outstanding balance/ bank payment receipt before goods delivery and invoice issuance. • Verify transportation costs charged by providers in HCM and provinces and delivery costs shipments from factory to The Company. • Follow up on outstanding AR balances and clear customer receivables for customers. • Reconcile between QAD system records with Inventory report at the end of month. • Accrue incentive expenses for the channels and delivery team in QAD system. • Accrue costs related and purchase costs in QAD system. • Reconcile inventory records between The Company and the stores. • Input transaction data based on bank statements into QAD system. • Confirm on payments for monthly, quarterly, and annual discount to distributor. * Working hours: 8h – 17h30, from Monday – Saturday, (2 Saturday off/month) • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T7 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:30 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
