Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Understand customer's business, financial performance and industry dynamic, proactively identify risk and business opportunities, develop and execute strategic account plan to originate new business and achieve revenues target; - Serve as the primary contact point and strategic advisor for a portfolio of high-value corporate clients; - Collaborate with internal product partners to drive cross-selling opportunities; - Structure credit facilities and prepare high-quality credit proposals and credit defense for internal approval; - Ensure strict adherence to all internal risk management policies, compliance regulations and legal requirements and manage high debt quality for the entire portfolio; - Lead the negotiation of terms and conditions, legal documentation and closing of transaction. - Manage the deal execution process from origination to funding, coordinating with all relevant internal and external stakeholders; - Other business tasks assigned by Department Head/Management following branch's vision and strategy. • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
