✅ What We Are Looking For

Must Have

• 7+ years of experience in software testing and Quality Engineering, with a strong automation focus

• Experience as a Test Lead, QA Lead, Automation Lead, or Senior Quality Engineer

• Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright with Python

• Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks

• Experience testing enterprise web applications, APIs, integrations, and complex workflows

• Strong knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, risk-based testing, and Quality Engineering practices

• Ability to review requirements, test cases, automation scripts, and release quality

• Experience leading and coaching QA engineers

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, English communication, and documentation skills

• High ownership, reliability, and product-oriented thinking

• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification

Strong Advantages

• Playwright with TypeScript

• OutSystems or other Low-Code/No-Code platforms

• Practical use of GenAI or Agentic AI in testing

• Performance, security, accessibility, API, and integration testing

• Workflow, approval, or process automation platform experience

• Cloud, observability, production monitoring, and Power BI knowledge

• Experience supporting global enterprise platforms at scale
