Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Review and validate electrical and mechanical designs, drawings and technical specifications prepared by consultants and contractors. - Ensure MEP designs meet operational requirements, Vietnamese standards and PCCC requirements. - Prepare technical specifications and scopes of work for MEP tender packages. - Prepare MEP BOQs, evaluate supplier and contractor quotations, and carry out technical comparisons. - Support procurement of major plant and equipment, including generators, diesel storage systems, chillers, HVAC, steam systems, compressed air and electrical distribution. - Coordinate with the Purchasing team on supplier due diligence, contract terms and delivery schedules. - Supervise electrical and mechanical installation works on site for quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings. - Monitor MEP progress against the project programme and escalate delays or technical issues. - Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil works and with factory operations to minimise disruption to production. - Manage testing and commissioning of all MEP systems, witness performance testing and verify results. - Ensure as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties and certificates are complete at handover. - Coordinate with the Maintenance team on system handover and operator training. - Ensure electrical and mechanical installations comply with Vietnamese standards, PCCC requirements and statutory inspection regimes. - Enforce safe systems of work for electrical works and hot works within operating facilities. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 07:30 - 17:45 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
