  • Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Consumer Marketing within FMCG; experience in food, Cookies or confectionery is preferred.
  • Direct involvement in product launch or brand campaign, with the ability to explain your individual responsibilities, execution and results.
  • Experience developing agency briefs and coordinating projects with agencies, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Strong communication, analytical and project coordination skills.
  • Commencement: As soon as possible
  • Language: English – Business Level

1/ Job Description

  • Contribute to brand positioning and marketing plans for the company and key products, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging across packaging, communications and consumer touchpoints.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, sales performance and competitors, combining data with market visits and feedback to identify opportunities for brand and product growth.
  • Propose concepts for new products and improvements to existing products. Work with relevant teams on product concepts, packaging, consumer feedback and launch plans.
  • Plan and execute assigned brand campaigns, product launches, sampling activities and events. Coordinate with internal and external to connect brand activities with execution in the market.
  • Develop clear briefs and manage agencies and suppliers for assigned projects. Monitor deliverables, timelines and approved budgets, evaluate results and recommend improvements.

2/ Reporting line

  • Direct Superior: Japanese Marketing Manager
  • Reporting Lines: AM -> Marketing Manager -> General Manager -> General Director

3/ Working time & Location

  • From Mon to Fri, 8:00 to 5:00pm (Time break: 12:00 ~ 13:00)
  • Based in Long An and Ho Chi Minh Office. We have shuttle bus from HCM to Long An Factory
