1. Education: BA in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field. 2. Skills: - Strong analytical skills - Good planning & forecasting capability - Excellent collaboration and coordination capability - Strong verbal and writing communication and presentation both in Vietnamese and English - Ability to integrate and analyze data from various routes - High proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint (Power BI is an advantage) - Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive - Creative, Resourceful & Critical thinking 3. Fluent (speaking and writing) in English and Vietnamese

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

1. Business Performance Reporting & Analysis - Lead monthly Sales & Business Performance reporting, Global KPI tracking through integrated dashboards and performance reviews. - Analyze performance trends, variances, and key business drivers to identify gaps and root causes. - Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations to support management decisions and business performance improvement. - 3C-4P analysis: Analyze Market, segment, competitors and consumers trends in order to provide a long-term strategy for the dedicated segments. 2. Sales planning & Budgeting - Lead monthly Rolling Sales Planning across volume, pricing, product/size mix, and regional dimensions. - Monitor forecast accuracy, identify sales gaps and key drivers, and drive corrective actions to optimize sales efficiency. - Support Mid-Term Business Plan development and visualization through data-driven scenarios and business insights. - Conduct Annual Budgeting across volume and financials, translating strategic directions into actionable business plans. 3.
