Business Analyst - Sales & CRM

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or a relevant discipline. - At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, software implementation, ERP/CRM, Sales Operations or another relevant technology/business role. - Ability to analyze processes, identify the underlying problem, define business rules and translate needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. - Understanding of customer management, sales forecasting, pricing and promotion, order-to-cash, credit/collection or customer service processes. Relevant domain experience is preferred, not mandatory. - Experience with SAP SD, ERP Sales, CRM or integrated business applications is preferred. Ability to understand APIs and data mapping is an advantage. - Ability to prepare functional specifications, process flows, user guides and UAT materials. - Good English communication skills, including reading technical documents, preparing business/functional documentation and communicating effectively with technical teams and external partners. - Data analysis and business logic validation using SQL is an advantage.
