- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in banking operations, with strong practical knowledge of SWIFT messaging and payment processing, including familiarity with SWIFT message types, payment flows, settlement, reconciliation and payment investigation. - Experience in international payments, correspondent banking and payment exception handling is highly preferred. - Practical experience in card operations, including card transaction processing, reconciliation, monitoring, reporting and coordination with card-related service providers, is preferred. - Knowledge of card business, FX settlement and trade finance operations is an advantage. - Good understanding of operational risk, internal controls, compliance requirements and banking procedures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments and external counterparties. - Proficiency in English for business communication (Korean proficiency is a plus). - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related fields.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Manage and support SWIFT and international payment operations, including processing, checking and monitoring SWIFT messages and ensuring timely and accurate execution of payment transactions. - Handle payment settlement and reconciliation, including investigation and resolution of payment discrepancies, exceptions and failed transactions. - Support card business operations, including daily card transaction processing, monitoring, reconciliation, operational reporting and issue resolution. - Support card business development, including business planning, product development, performance monitoring and coordination for retail and corporate card products. - Monitor daily transaction operations and prepare operational reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with relevant departments, correspondent banks, card partners and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processing and timely resolution of operational issues. - Contribute to the development and improvement of SWIFT, payment and card procedures and controls, particularly during the Bank’s establishment and system implementation stage. - Perform other duties as assigned. • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
