General requirements for the position: Lawyer, with over 10 years of professional experience, especially in the field of litigation, dispute resolution, suspicion and finance or banking.Scope of responsibility:• In charge legal matters for Vietnam and International market, focus on the following matters: consulting on handling daily emergencies; supporting the worship style, litigation; consulting and determining capital transactions, financial transactions; consulting on transaction verification for the EV Car sales sector.• Advise the Board of Directors on strategic legal issues• Analyze legal risks and propose solutions to the Board of Directors for issues arising during the Company's operations.• Consult, appraise, and supervise the drafting of documents and papers related to corporate governance, company system organization, and business and investment activities• Supervise and coordinate the development and appraisal of processes, regulations, and statutes within the Company• Preside over the appraisal and negotiation of the Company's contracts, ensuring the Company's interests• Supervise the implementation of compliance control activities as required. • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
