Công việc cụ thể là gì?

1. Accounting Operations - Manage daily accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets and expense recording - Ensure proper documentation and retention of accounting records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements. - Review and approve journal entries, vouchers and supporting documents. - Oversee loan accounting entries, provision, write-offs, and interest income recognition in line with consumer finance standards. 2. Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement (VAS) - Support IFRS reporting packages and management financial reports - Ensure accuracy and reconciliation between accounting records, core systems, and financial reports 3. Regulatory & Audit Compliance - Prepare and submit financial reports to SBV, MOF, and other regulators as required. - Oversee tax declaration, payment, and reconciliation (CIT, VAT, etc.) - Ensure compliance with accounting auditing, and tax regulations. 4. Internal Control and Audit - Coordinate statutory and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and clarifications. - Maintain effective internal control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounting data. - Implement corrective actions from audit findings. 5. Team Management - Supervise and develop accounting staff to ensure efficiency and high-quality performance. - Provide guidance and training on accounting standards, documentation, and processes. - Foster collaboration between accounting and other departments • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
