- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Chief Accountant Certificate is required. - Proven experience managing an Accounting department; experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial management, and internal controls. - Experience in controlling revenue, costs, receivables, cash flow, and profit by shipment/job is an advantage. - Good command of English in all four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing, with the ability to use English effectively in daily work. - Strong analytical, management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Careful, honest, responsible, and capable of managing and developing a team. - Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet reporting deadlines. - Experience working with auditors, tax authorities, and relevant internal departments.
