Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Responsible for delivering quality service to existing clients while supporting Account Managers in achieving new business and renewal targets. - Support insurance placement and administrative activities, including data collection, quotations, comparisons, policy documents and endorsements, payment, filling, etc. - Handle client enquiries and provide advice on insurance coverage, risks and contractual matters. - Coordinate and resolve issues with clients, insurers and relevant stakeholders. - Assist Account Manager in negotiating competitive renewal terms, quotations and mid-term adjustments. - Support Account Managers for market profile, translation, presentations, insurance seminars and training activities. - Assist Head of Department to prepare reports. - Coordinate with Operations and Claims teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery. - Follow up with Accounting on premium collection and other assigned tasks. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:30 - 17:30 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
