- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, ICT, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in similar projects, covering design, implementation, coordination, and management delivery within Telecom or Transport Infrastructure sectors. - Prior experience in Telecommunications, ICT, and Transport Infrastructure fields. - Experience participating in public-interest or government investment projects. - Demonstrated project management experience, including scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management. - Quality control/quality assurance experience within an engineering or infrastructure project environment. - Strong organizational and documentation management skills. - Excellent communication skills, with experience reporting to stakeholders and authorities. - Good command of spoken and written English. - Vietnamese native speaker required.
