Summary The Compliance Coordinator will handle all the tasks related to ensuring that all product testing, compliance documentation, and quality control processes meet both internal and customer requirements. Reports To: Compliance/ Sourcing Manager 1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned + Work closely with factories and arrange/schedule with 3rd party testing: quotation, protocol, testing result, payment arrangement, renewal… + Auditing conduct: Ability to conduct or coordinate social, security, and environmental audits at manufacturing facilities (familiarity with programs like C-TPAT is a strong plus) + Manage the factory information in system - Specific tasks: + On-board new factories: bank detail verification, MTS account registration + Supplier Setup in Mirakl and EDI + Issue credit when it comes to product quality issue + Upload A/I in Brand folder + Review A/I with QC, carton layout, product labels and upload the approved ones in Asana + Annual factory profile update in Qarma and verification + Monthly Factory Workforce and Capacity Update in Qarma and verification + EPR Packaging Data for Reporting + CPSC E-filing + CT-PAT + Audit + Work with internal teams for new development and advise solution when it comes to product quality • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
