Công việc cụ thể là gì?

1. Compliance - Set up, implement, and monitor compliance operational plans and policies. - Implement, assess, and review compliance programs/policies in accordance with the Group’s requirements and/or applicable laws and regulations. - Prepare and submit regular compliance reports as provided by the Group. - Maintain and supervise communications between the Company and competent authority. - Support HoD on investigating and handling compliance issues arisen during business of the Company. - Conduct annual compliance review as assigned by HoD. - Support HoD to prepare Compliance Training for all staff of the Company. - Other compliance tasks as provided by the Group or assigned by HoD. 2. Legal - Depending on the assignment of the HoD from time to time, perform one or more legal advisory tasks, including but not limited to (i) monitoring, updating and disseminating the legal regulations; monitoring, managing, and updating the Company's legal document system; (ii) reviewing and/or negotiating contracts for the purchase of goods and services; (iii) providing legal advice on matters relating to the Company; (iv) Assisting the Head of Department in reviewing and preparing documents for working with competent state authorities; etc. 3.
