Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Support Project manager in project management, performing necessary work to ensure the project is under control; - Set up the planning, implementation and monitoring stages of the project; - Coordinate with relevant parties to carry out instruction of PM; - Manage/introduce and train under staffs; - Read and understand drawing deeply, point out unreasonable points in drawings; - Understand construction progress deeply, negotiate with contractor/ consultant to find out best construction method in specific jobs; - Check and compare Project’s achievement with plan; - Manage project documents, including storing, organizing and updating necessary documents. - Check project documents and payment documents. - Manage and prepare regular and unscheduled reports during project implementation. - Coordinate with relevant divisions/departments to ensure reports are completed on time and accurately. - Lead in contact with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure project information is communicated accurately and promptly. - Host project meetings and review meeting minutes with PM - Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager to effectively support the project. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
