- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. - At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in an FMCG organization, preferably in sales planning, trade marketing, consumer marketing, or a related function. - Experience in the tobacco industry or another regulated market is an advantage. - Good understanding of consumer and trade marketing activities. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from performance data and consumer or retailer observations. - Good project management, planning, and execution capabilities. - Strong ownership and ability to work proactively with limited supervision. - Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. - Ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and organizational levels. - Strong attention to detail and discipline in delivering agreed objectives. - Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Willingness to travel and conduct field visits when required.
- Support the development and implementation of nationwide trade and consumer programs aligned with JTI’s business and brand objectives. - Help design programs tailored to different brands, channels, and geographic areas while managing implementation, performance tracking, budget allocation, and return-on-investment analysis. - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, distributor partners, and other stakeholders to ensure programs are implemented effectively in the market. Centralized Trade Program Management - Support the planning and implementation of centralized trade programs across different channels. - Collaborate with Portfolio, Brand & Equity, Sales, and other stakeholders on program mechanics and implementation requirements. - Manage program setup, logistics preparation, field communication materials, inventory, and activity schedules. - Monitor program performance and support post-program and return-on-investment analysis. - Prepare and manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supporting documents with distributor partners. Retailer Digital Offtake Program - Manage the retailer digital application as the application administrator. - Track program performance, monitor payments, and update program mechanics and information. - Respond to field-team inquiries and gather feedback for application and program improvements. - Reconcile digital data with outlet performance to support insights and compliance monitoring. - Coordinate with the Manager and relevant stakeholders on application development needs. Tactical Program Management - Review tactical program proposals from regional or distributor teams. - Work with the Manager to adjust, approve, and allocate budgets for tactical activities. - Monitor implementation and evaluate program performance. - Support logistics, purchasing, third-party agency coordination, and distributor payment processes. Display Program Execution - Support the planning and implementation of temporary and permanent point-of-sale material programs. - Collaborate with Sales and the Manager to develop program mechanics and visibility guidelines. - Set up display programs in the appropriate systems and communicate implementation requirements to Sales teams. - Review display results and outlet performance and coordinate payment confirmation with Sales. - Manage purchasing requirements and inventory related to display materials. Field Engagement & Performance Monitoring - Conduct regular field visits to strengthen understanding of retailer and consumer behavior. - Monitor the implementation and adoption of trade programs and digital applications in the field. - Serve as a link between the Consumer Experience & Trade Strategy team and regional Sales teams. - Gather market feedback and translate observations into recommendations for program improvement. Budget Management & Business Support - Support budget planning for centralized trade programs, display programs, and retailer digital initiatives. - Consolidate spending plans and monitor year-to-date actual spending against the approved budget. - Analyze trade and consumer investments to identify opportunities to improve program efficiency and return on investment. - Support research, analysis, training, workshops, and other projects assigned by the Manager. • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
