Contract Administrator In Construction Project (Local Vietnamese Candidate)

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or another relevant discipline. • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in construction, infrastructure, transport, rail, bridge, road, or similar projects. • Demonstrated experience in contract administration, claim management, variation assessment, or dispute support on construction projects. • Good knowledge of Vietnamese Regulations applicable to construction contracts and infrastructure projects. • Good understanding of contract conditions, including FIDIC General Conditions of Contract. • Strong written English skills, with the ability to draft letters, reports, and contractual assessments in English. • Software skills such as MS Office and other relevant computer applications. Professional knowledge of MS Excel and Word. • Knowledgeable with construction planning softwares such as Primavera P6, MS Project and other relevant planning softwares. • Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across contractual, technical, planning, and commercial interfaces. • A cost assessment certificate or other relevant professional certification would be an advantage.
