Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related discipline. - Substantial senior leadership experience in FMCG, consumer goods, food, retail distribution, market entry, omnichannel commerce or a closely related sector. - Demonstrated ownership of a full P&L, cash flow, working capital and cross-functional business performance. - Strong commercial judgment across sales, pricing, route-to-market, customer profitability, brand investment and portfolio choices. - Working command of supply chain, import/export, inventory, finance, controls and regulatory risk sufficient to lead expert functions without replacing them. - Experience leading senior functional managers and building accountable management teams. - Strong analytical ability and comfort using BI, digital tools and AI-enabled workflows for decision-making and productivity. - High integrity, sound judgment and willingness to make timely decisions within authority. - Strong English communication and stakeholder-management capability; Vietnam market experience and Vietnamese language capability are advantageous. - Prepared to be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
