- Strong portfolio with recent work, demonstrating a keen eye for visual details. - High-level of proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Figma, Google Suite, and Frame.io. - College or University education within the Creative field or equivalent. - 2+ years experience in paid social ad campaigns. - Ability to work some evening hours to meet and collaborate with the Canadian team. - Excellent verbal and written English skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across international teams. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to conduct research and create reports or presentations. - Experience in a high-volume environment or advertising agency. - Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members, regardless of time zone differences. - Organized and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills. - Experience working with Growth Marketing teams is an asset. - Experience working in an e-commerce environment with a strong focus on conversion and performance. - Aesthetic skills. - Exposure to performance marketing, web, packaging, branding, and digital content creation.
