- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance & Banking; - Experience in Banking & Finance for at least 7 years; - Credit assessment, analytics and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; - A strong writing & fluently speaking in English.
- Preference to candidates who have worked at Big 4 audit firms and hold an ACCA qualification.

About the Department The Wholesale Banking function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients. Overview of the Role Credit and risk management tasks: • Perform proper and timely credit analysis/ assessment of both existing & new customers, and follow up with credit on credit approval; • Identify key risks and mitigants in each transaction • Portfolio monitoring • Conduct annual reviews and periodic credit assessments • Proactively manage credit and credit-related risk, perform post-approval risk monitoring and escalate to RM and credit on timely manner for necessary action where required; • Adhere and comply with bank’s policies, processes and procedures. • Perform periodic and ad-hoc credit tasks. Other tasks: • Assist Relationship Managers to structure transactions and to meet financial target; • Contribute to improve client’s RoRWA; • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and other stakeholders • Conduct accurate and timely periodic reports to Head Office/Compliance/ Loan Operation/ Client Fulfilment Services/CIC. Job Responsibilities • Prepare credit application and recommendations for new loans, renewals and amendments (including but not limited to Credit Approval Summary, risk assessments financial rating, business & operation update, risk analysis, financial modelling, CIC checking, ESG checklist, etc.) in accordance with bank’s policies for existing & new customers and obtain credit approval within expected timeline; • Evaluate business models, competitive positioning and conduct market research/market outlook to support for credit analysis/ assessment and client’s credit risk management; • Monitoring existing clients’ performance and covenant compliance • Assist Relationship Managers to response to credit-related queries from stakeholders (credit, risk, audit, SBV, etc.); • Assist Relationship Manager in financial spreading & rating, pricing calculation; • Contribute to improve client’s RoRWA via facility structuring, security arrangement, etc.; • Conduct periodic covenant compliance test, stress test, and periodic client performance monitoring if required; • Work with RM and credit to identify clients with early waning signals for timely and necessary action; closely monitor those clients’ risk and report to the Group on monthly basis; • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports to Head Office/Compliance/ Loan Operation/ Client Fulfilment Service/ CIC. • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
