CSA Quantity Surveyor

• Bachelor’s degree qualified in Engineering or Quantity surveying (QS) or equivalent experience. • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in QS with direct experience of high-end resort/hotel projects (candidates who have worked on at least 2–3 medium/large-scale resort projects are preferred). • Proficient in software: AutoCAD, estimation software and Revit (plus point) • Fluency in written and spoken English. • Experience in the high-end resort, hotel and commercial building especially fit-out works, • Experience in coordinating with Architect, C&S Designer and Interior Designer, • Able to handle the nature of resort projects, which often involve frequent design changes driven by aesthetic requirements during implementation, • Familiar with TCVN and international standards. • Experience with international consultancy firm or Fit-out design & build contractor is preferable. • Sensitive to aesthetics/guest experience (the resort industry requires a different mindset compared to purely industrial construction). • Experience of industrial projects is a plus. • Honesty, loyalty and dedication are a must.
