Graduated from college or higher

- Writing & speaking fluent English is preferred;

- Have knowledge in handling shipping documents

- Strong in problem solving

- Proactive working attitude, mature, independent, details-oriented and self-motivated

- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Good time management skills and PC literacy on Microsoft Office applications and order process system

- Self discipline and can work under pressure
