Together with Murata internal personnel to build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty and total customer satisfaction by: - Responding to daily requests from existing customers, such as quotation, part registration, sales price management, customer forecast and order processing, delivery control, Account receivable & credit risk management, quality claim management, sample support, agreement management, material declaration support, product change/ termination management, etc. using Murata systems. - Conducting customer demand trend update/ analysis and keep up with market trend/technology. - Share-up activity to maintain/ increase Murata share - Periodically reporting to leader and manager. - Other issues if any • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
