Công việc cụ thể là gì?

1. Customs Declaration & ECUS System Oversight: Supervise all customs declarations via ECUS (VNACCS); may work with external brokers but must understand the entire declaration workflow and documentation. 2. Duty-Free Import/Export Management: Handle duty-exempt import of raw materials and duty-free export of finished goods under non-EPE/Export Processing or bonded warehouse regulations. 3. Customs Liaison & Compliance: Act as the key contact with local customs authorities; handle inspections, urgent clearance issues, and post-clearance compliance. 4. HS Code Classification & C/O Handling: Accurately check and maintain HS codes for materials/products; manage Certificates of Origin (C/O) and related documents. 5. Duty-Free Inventory Tracking: Monitor and reconcile inventory of duty exempt materials across import, usage, and export; ensure consistency with ERP and customs records. 6. Regular Reporting & Year-End Finalization: Prepare quarterly/year-end customs reports on duty-free material use; support year-end reconciliation and customs audits. 7.
