• Define organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities for new delivery teams from the ground up. • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring to ensure both technical excellence and cultural alignment with global client standards. • Implement best practices in performance measurement and professional development to foster a high-performance environment. • Manage capacity planning and resource allocation to meet fluctuating project demands efficiently. • Serve as the main point of contact for project portfolios with stakeholders in Australia, North America, and Europe. • Ensure seamless operational communication across different time zones, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. • Translate complex market-specific requirements and global client feedback into actionable operational plans. • Support the Business Development team in "Pre-sale" activities, identifying opportunities to expand current contract scopes. • Work closely with Sales to cultivate long-term strategic partnerships and provide technical/operational expertise during the proposal phase. • Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards. • Tailor Agile/Scrum methodologies for globally distributed teams. • Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies before they impact delivery. • Monitor critical KPIs related to efficiency, quality, and financial performance. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
