Job Requirement
- Experience: Logical thinking ability. While the project uses C, candidates without prior C experience are welcome provided they possess strong logical thinking skills; C language proficiency can be acquired after joining.
- Design Skills: Ability to create basic and detailed design documents, or to thoroughly read and understand them.
- Methodology: Strict adherence to internal coding standards and structured processes. (Even without prior experience, the ability to strictly follow our coding rules is required.)
- Female developers are welcome.
Language Skill
- Communication: Strong professional communication for accurate reporting, contacting, and consulting.
- Documentation: Ability to read and write highly precise technical specifications without ambiguity.
Technical Skill
- Programming: C/C++ Language (Core proficiency for stable, standard-compliant coding).
- Engineering: Basic Design, Detailed Design, System Implementation, and Evidence-backed Testing.
Human Skill
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, methodical, steady, and deeply committed to a quality-first approach.
- Work Style: Prefers deep understanding of existing systems over chasing hyper-modern trends.
