Position OverviewWe’re looking for a strong communicator and proactive team member to join our team, building relationships and developing business partnership with suppliers across the EU and UK.This is a fully office-based position in Hanoi, working online with international suppliers to secure reliable sources for beauty and cosmetics products for our Amazon business.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, using English daily, and growing within an international e-commerce environment.Partnership Development1. Research and identify suppliers for in-demand products across the EU and the UK.2. Build and maintain positive, long-term business relationships.3. Request quotations and discuss pricing, terms, and opportunities.Coordination1. Work closely with our internal teams to keep supplier requests and orders moving smoothly.2. Follow up on open tasks and keep stakeholders updated.3. Help resolve issues and ensure timely communication.Relationship & Data Management1. Maintain accurate supplier information and records.2.
