- Electrical or electronic Bachelor Engineering Degree is required.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in electrical maintenance supervision and management or an equivalent role in an industrial environment, including at least 03 years in a Supervisor/ Leader position.
- Able to plan, coordinate and analyze electrical maintenance activities for a supercritical coal power plant.
- Able to interpret electrical single line diagrams, schematic and wiring diagrams, electrical circuits, PLC ladder drawing, P&I drawing, protection and interlock logic, equipment manuals and test reports and result of diagnosis of electrical/electromechanical trouble.
- Familiar with operation, inspection, testing and maintenance of power plant electrical equipment such as GIS, Power transformers, Protection system, Circuit breaker (GCB, VCB, ACB), Motor control center (MCC), Isolated Phase Bus, MV/LV switchgear, motors, MOV, Electrical Actuator, Exciter controller, Generator, DC system, UPS and batteries, AVR, power transformer etc.
- Prefer a certificate of completion on PLC systems, Computer science, Rotating machinery vibration theory and Thermal dynamic theory.
- Prefer a certificate of completion on Environmental facilities such as FGD, SCR, ESP (Electrostatic Precipitation).
- Prefer a certificate of completion for training courses on Super critical Coal power plant such as Turbine, Boiler, Generator or Electrical Facilities of power plant.
- Prefer a certificate of completion for training courses on Electrical facilities such as Generator, Exciter, Motor, Protection Relay, Circuit Breaker, Transformer, UPS, MOV.
- A detailed, result-oriented, and supportive person.
- Good command of English (written and verbal) and be computer literate.
- Available to work overtime and/or weekends if required.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for leading and coordinating the maintenance of all electrical Systems and devices, supervising Electrical Engineers, Technicians and contractors, promoting safe, environmentally friendly and effective maintenance practices within the electrical section. Assist in other areas of the plant as assigned.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
• Promote and enforce safe, environmentally friendly and workmanlike maintenance practices within the section and supervised contractors.
• Ensure consistent improvement of electrical maintenance across the plant systems, guaranteeing continuous improvement of plant reliability and availability.
• Promote team development and training. Develop required procedures to ensure the established maintenance strategy is known and implemented. Provide leadership and job coordination on critical projects.
• Assist in high level maintenance planning and budgeting, assuming co-responsibility for approved plan and budget.
• Plan, assign and coordinate daily work for Electrical Engineers, Technicians and contractors, and verify work quality, safety and completion.
• Ensure compliance with the Permit-To-Work, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, electrical isolation, switching procedures, risk assessments and toolbox meetings.
• Plan and control preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities, work orders, maintenance log and equipment history.
• Lead troubleshooting, emergency fault response, trip investigation and root cause analysis, and follow up corrective and preventive actions.
• Plan and supervise electrical work during annual inspection, minor and major overhaul, testing and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate operations and other maintenance teams and supervise contractors and OEM service personnel to ensure safe and timely restoration of equipment.
• Support spare-parts planning, technical procurement, warranty and defect follow-up, maintenance cost control and preparation of technical reports.
• Perform other comparable and related duties as assigned.
