1. ERP User Support • Receive, analyze, and handle support requests from users related to the ERP system. • Check issues arising during data entry, document processing and workflow execution in the system. • Check the accuracy, completeness, and validity of data in the ERP system. • Support issues related to master data such as item codes, customers, suppliers, BOM, routing, cost centers, warehouses, and user accounts. • Coordinate with departments to standardize data entry procedures and system usage. • Support periodic data checks for month-end closing, costing, management reporting, or audit purposes. 2. System Issue Handling and Improvement • Receive and resolve issues from user, with complex issues contact with CCI MIS to get support. • Follow up on issue resolution progress, perform testing after system fixes, and confirm results with users. • Propose improvements to system functions or processes to enhance ERP operating efficiency. • Participate in testing new functions, system updates or configuration changes. 3. Training and Documentation • Prepare and update ERP user guides, SOPs, and process documents. • Train new users or provide refresher training when there are changes in processes or system functions. • Support the preparation of business requirement documents between departments and the ERP implementation team. 4. Regarding the ERP T100-related systems - Manage all application systems operation, provide the necessary operational personnel and education and training for the company's implementation of BPM system and WMS systems, and ensure that the company's management and operators can get correct operation guidance. - Deal with trouble shooting for application system such as WMS, BPM. - Customize system functions to match with business operation, responsible for launching new release and enhancement. - Being window person to apply global IT changes • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
