1. Job Summary - Responsible for day-to-day payment processing, financial reporting, and accurate reconciliations across accounts payable, cash, bank accounts, loans, and term deposits. 2. Key Responsibilities & Duties Payment Processing & Execution - Process bank payments accurately and on time for contractors, suppliers, and operational expenses. Compliance & Audit Control - Review payment requisitions to ensure compliance with internal company policies, standard accounting procedures, and applicable tax regulations. Ledger Accounting - Record, match, and post trade and non-trade accounts payable transactions in the VGL accounting system. Financial Reporting & Cash Tracking - Maintain and update tracking reports for bank loans, credit facilities, and term deposit accounts. - Prepare and update accounts payable reports categorized by contract number. - Monitor bank statements and update weekly cash balance reports. Tax Management - Prepare monthly input VAT reports. - Calculate Foreign Contractor Withholding Tax (FCT/WHT). - Report Personal Income Tax (PIT) deductions to the HR department. Month-End Closing - Perform monthly bank reconciliations to support a smooth and timely month-end closing process.
